President Muhammadu Buhari was missing at the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting which was held on the 8 of April at the council chambers of the Aso Rock presidential villa.


According to the Report, vice president Yemi Osinbajo was currently presiding over the emergency session of the council over the 2016 budget details
Heads of agencies and parastatals, cabinet members, as well as several presidential aides are also attending the meeting.
At the time of filing the report, it was gathered that state house correspondents were asked to vacate the chambers as the FEC members commenced “crucial budget session” to review the details of the 2016
Appropriation Bill which was received by the presidency yesterday.
